After a given layer of fiberglass cloth and resin has set, you repeat the process until you have built-up three layers of cloth. You end up with a perfect mold of your canopy. It's so perfect that tiny scratches on the canopy surface show up on the inside of the fiberglass mold. See the next photo for progress.
