After two coats of primer, most of which got sanded off, the elevators were attached to the stabilizer. The empennage is ready to be attached to the fuselage. I left the center section unpainted as it will get epoxied to other surfaces. I ran into some alignment problems with the Robart Hinge Point hinges. With five to a side, all ten had to line up perfectly, which they didn't. The movement was very stiff. I was about to cut all ten hinges and start over, but decided to cut two to a side first and see what that did to the movement. It freed it up enough that I'm going to leave well enough alone. I think five hinges was overkill, and the remaining three to a side will be plenty. The hinges are epoxied in with balsa back-up blocks.
