Like many of the other surfaces, the nacelles are sheeted with 1/64" plywood. I start by securing one edge in place then glueing just that section with thin CA. After that sets, I roll the ply a little further into the curve, secure it with clamps, and then glue that section. Finally, I clamp the outer edge and glue that in place. After that, the excess ply gets cut away. (See other photos in the A-10 Gallery).
