Initially, I was going to lay out and pin together the complete horizontal stabilizer, then complete it with thin CA glue. I quickly saw this wasn't going to be easy, so I used another approach. The center spar is 1/8 x 1" ply. Working from the inside out, I held each rib in place, aligned with a square, then glued it with thin CA. Once all the ribs were held firmly in place and properly aligned on the center spar, it was a simple matter to glue each on in turn to the leading edge ply spar and then to the balsa trailing edge. Half-inch square balsa was glued to the leading edge spar with Titebond for the final leading edge shape. I'm using Titebond as my primary adhesive, but this was one application in which CA proved invaluable.
